ABOUT US
Adema Alternator and Starter Service was founded in 1955 by Garret Adema. It started out in Grand Rapids, MI and moved to Coopersville, MI in 1967. Al and Jim Talsma bought the business in 1995. Since then the company has enjoyed continued growth with the newest products and the latest technology available.
Ademas offers a wide range of rotating electrical services to a variety of customers. Some of our customers include trucking companies as well as truck parts distributors, school districts, city and county fleets, marinas and boat dealers, parts stores and warehouses, forklift dealers and OEM distributors as well as the "do it yourselfer".

We employ 10 people and have over 125 years of combined experience in our West Michigan facility. All of our technicians have gone through lengthy training and received certification and letters of achievement from the Electrical Rebuilders Association and the Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association.
